Customer Service


Shipping is calculated based on weight and dimensions of your order.  These rates are for the continental United States only. 

Shipping time for furniture items is 6 to 8 weeks. It could be faster if we have items in stock but most pieces are built as orders are received. For all other smaller items in the U.S.A. shipping is generally is 4 to 5 business days. We do NOT express ship items. If you have questions please contact us.


Furniture Delivery

Furniture is delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and provide curbside delivery, unless white glove service is advertised for the item. The customer is responsible for moving the furniture into the house and setting it up. Assembly instructions are provided, if needed. If white glove delivery is needed by customer that is the customers responsibility to contact us prior to ordering to discuss your options. White glove delivery will be more expensive for the customer.  If carrier is unable to deliver to customer location it will be the customers responsibility to arrange pick up from the nearest freight terminal. 

The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of furniture items. Both of the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from the customers refund when a customer refuses delivery or cancels their furniture order while their merchandise is in transit. If you are in Canada, Alaska, or other location please contact us prior to ordering to discuss if delivery is an option for you. It will be more expensive. 

The customer should inspect the merchandise for damages prior to signing the bill of lading for merchandise shipping via a freight carrier. Once the bill of lading is signed the customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages. 

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. 

Damaged item - We will replace a damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 3 days after merchandise has been received. Please remember to inspect the merchandise for damages prior to signing the bill of lading when shipping via a freight carrier. 

Not satisfied - If you are not satisfied with merchandise you purchased from us, you can return the merchandise within 30 days from the day received and we will refund your money excluding the shipping fee. Please contact us before returning merchandise to obtain the correct return address for your package. The merchandise must be adequately packed and insured before returning. Custom orders, special orders, and gift certificates are nonrefundable.

We do have the ability to customize some of the furniture available. Please contact us for more information on placing a custom order. Additional fees may be applied for custom pieces.
